集束化护理预防胃肠道手术后炎性肠梗阻的效果研究

Effects of cluster nursing in preventing inflammatory bowel obstruction after gastrointestinal surgery

目的分析集束化护理在预防胃肠道手术患者术后发生炎性肠梗阻中的应用。方法选取接受胃肠道疾病手术治疗42位患者为研究对象,随机等分为对照组和试验组,每组21例。对照组实施术后一般护理措施,试验组实施集束化护理管理,记录并比较2组患者术后肛门排气时间、炎性肠梗阻发生率、出院时间、心理状态、住院期间满意度情况等。结果住院期间试验组患者术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);患者术后心理状态、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);术后炎性肠梗阻的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施预防胃肠道手术患者术后发生炎性肠梗阻的集束化护理,可有效减少炎性肠梗阻的发生率,并且具有缩短患者住院时间,改善患者心理状态,提高患者住院满意度的优点。

Objective To investigate the effects of cluster nursing in preventing inflammatory bowel obstruction after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods A total of 42 patients with gastrointestinal diseases who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 21 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by postoperative general nursing measures,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by clustered nursing management.The postoperative anal exhaust time,the incidence of inflammatory bowel obstruction,discharge time,psychological state,and satisfaction degree during hospitalization were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time and hospital stay in experimental group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).And the postoperative mental state and satisfaction degree of the patients in experimental group were superior to those control group(P<0.05).Moreover the incidence rate of postoperative inflammatory bowel obstruction in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of clustered nursing care to prevent inflammatory bowel obstruction after gastrointestinal surgery can effectively reduce the incidence of inflammatory bowel obstruction,and can shorten the hospitalization time,improve the psychological state of patients,and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
