成都北车站提高集装箱装卸能力对策研究

Countermeasures on Elevating Container Handling Capacity at Chengdu North Railway Station

为了提高成都北车站铁路集装箱装卸能力,挖掘铁路货场生产潜力,实现车站整体货运增量,阐述成都北车站铁路集装箱装卸发展现状,分析影响成都北车站集装箱装卸能力的基本因素,针对存在的各个作业部门横向协调有待加强、汽车进出箱作业环节缺乏统筹规划、货场箱区箱位布局有待完善、门吊设备安全装置仍需加强等问题,提出优化组织、合理安排、改善布局、完善设备等提高铁路集装箱装卸能力对策,以提高集装箱货运综合能力,做好铁路枢纽站内循环货装工作,实现枢纽站内外车流畅通,保证车站货运增量目标和任务的完成。

With the aim of improving the container handling capacity of Chengdu North Railway Station,tapping the production potential of the freight yard,and realizing the overall freight volume increase of the station,this paper expounded on the development status of the container handling capacity of the station and analyzed the basic contributing factors.The interdepartmental coordination needs to be strengthened.The overall planning for vehicle entry and exit is insufficient.Improvements can also be made to the container terminal layout in the freight yard and the safety devices for the gantry cranes.With regard to these problems,countermeasures including organization optimization,reasonable arrangement,layout improvement,and equipment upgrade were proposed to elevate the comprehensive capacity of container freight transportation,facilitate freight circulation in this hub station,realize the smooth flow of vehicles inside and outside this station,and ensure the completion of the task of increasing freight volume.
