多深孔特征汽车端盖的模型重构 被引量:1

摘要 为获取多深孔特征汽车端盖的实体化模型,对其模型重构方法进行研究。运用Geomagic Wrap完成点云数据的精简和噪点的去除,应用GA-BP算法对跨面点云孔洞修补。利用Geomagic Design X的正逆向结合设计功能,截取深孔特征处的轮廓;基于点云的自动特征识别进行参数化修正,运用正向设计命令完成实体模型的重构。采用Geomagic Control X软件对实体模型与原始点云数据的偏差进行分析,验证了该建模思路能够获得满足精度要求的汽车端盖实体模型,对具有相似情况的零件模型重构提供了参考。 In order to obtain the solid model of automobile end cover with multi⁃deep hole feature,the method of model recon⁃struction was studied.By using Geomagic Wrap to simplify the point cloud data and remove noise,the GA-BP algorithm was used to repair the holes of the cross surface point cloud.By using the forward and reverse design functions of Geomagic Design X,the contour of the deep hole features was intercepted;based on the automatic feature recognition of the point cloud,parametric correction was car⁃ried out,and the forward design command was used to complete the reconstruction of the solid model.The deviation between the solid model and the original point cloud data was analyzed by using the Geomagic Control X software.It is verifies that using the modeling idea,the solid model of the automobile end cover can be obtained that meets the accuracy requirements.It provides reference for the part model reconstruction with similar situations.
