妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体感染情况及其对分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响

Prevalence of reproductive tract mycoplasma infection in pregnant women and its impacts on delivery mode and pregnancy outcome

目的调查妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体感染情况及其对分娩方式和妊娠结局的影响。方法纳入7300例妊娠期妇女,根据是否感染支原体将其分为感染组与对照组,感染组给予阿奇霉素治疗7 d。分析研究对象生殖道支原体感染情况和类型,比较两组孕妇的分娩方式和不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果妊娠期妇女支原体感染率为65.8%(4800/7300),以解脲支原体感染为主(52.9%,2541/4800)。感染组孕妇的剖宫产率、阴道助产率、早产发生率、产褥感染发生率及产后出血发生率均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体感染率较高,以解脲支原体感染为主;妊娠期妇女生殖道支原体感染可增加剖宫产率和不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of reproductive tract mycoplasma infection in pregnant women and its impacts on delivery mode and pregnancy outcome.Methods A total of 7300 pregnant women were enrolled and divided into infection group and control group according to the presence of mycoplasma infection,the infection group was treated with azithromycin for seven days.The prevalence and type of reproductive tract mycoplasma infection of the subjects were analyzed,and the delivery mode and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women were compared between the two groups.Results Mycoplasma infection accounted for 65.8%(4800/7300)in pregnant women,dominated by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection(52.9%,2541/4800).The rates of cesarean section and vaginal delivery,incidence rates of premature delivery,puerperal infection and postpartum hemorrhage in the infection group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Reproductive tract mycoplasma infection is more common in pregnant women,dominated by Ureaplasma urealyticum infection;and reproductive tract mycoplasma infection might increase the cesarean section rate and incidence rate of adverse pregnancy outcome in pregnant women.
