摘要
锦丰金矿地下矿山针对主斜坡道存在交通拥堵、运输效率低、安全风险高和车辆人员定位精度差等问题,采用数字化、信息化新技术设计了一套斜坡道交通安全管控系统。该系统采用先进的井下大规模光纤环网组网技术、井下无轨运输设备高精度定位技术、井下无轨运输车载终端技术、井下无轨运输车流管控技术及井下无轨运输车辆生产调度技术,在实际应用中效果较好,有效改善了上述问题,使主斜坡道的年通过能力提高5%,企业年产值增加约3898万元。
Traffic jam,low transportation efficiency,high safety risks and poor location precision of vehicles and personnel take place in the main ramp in the underground mine of Jinfeng Gold Mine.In light of that,new digitalized and informationized technology is used to design a set of ramp transportation security control system.The system uses advanced underground large-scale optical fiber ring network technology,high-precision locating technology for underground trackless transportation vehicles,vehicle-mounted terminal technology for underground trackless transportation vehicles,fleet flow control technology for underground trackless transportation vehicles,and production assignment technology of underground trackless transportation vehicles,and performs well in actual application,effectively improves the problems above,increases the annual pass capacity on the main ramp by 5%,and creates 38.98 million yuan more profits for the enterprise annually.
