甘肃省林草火灾预防中的问题与对策

The Problems and Countermeasures of Forest Fire Prevention in Gansu Province

森林草原火灾被联合国列为世界八大自然灾害之一,不仅严重破坏森林资源和生态环境,且对人民生命财产和公共安全产生极大危害。森林草原火灾预防就是通过督促检查、巡护瞭望、火源管控、培训宣传、监测预警、防火设施建设等手段,最大限度防止森林和草原火灾的发生和蔓延。本文列举了森林草原火灾预警监测、防火设施建设和防火新技术应用中存在的部分问题,并提出相应对策,以期推动甘肃省林草行业森林草原火灾预防工作由传统方式向现代化、科技化、信息化、智能化过渡。

Forest and grassland fires are listed as one of the eight natural disasters in the world by the United Nations.They not only severely damage forest resources and ecological environment,but also cause great harm to people’s lives and property and public safety.Forest and grassland fire prevention means to prevent the occurrence and spread of forest and grassland fires to the greatest extent by means of supervision and inspection,patrol and observation,fire source control,training and publicity,monitoring and early warning,and construction of fire prevention facilities.This paper listed some problems existing in forest and grassland fire early warning and monitoring,construction of fire prevention facilities and application of new fire prevention technology,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to promote the transition of forest and grassland fire prevention work in Gansu province from the traditional way to modernization,technicalization,informatization and intelligentize.
