摘要
目的探讨手腕骨发育标准-CHN法评价呼和浩特地区汉族儿童青少年骨龄与生活年龄的差异。方法收集内蒙古医科大学附属医院汉族儿童青少年资料1116例,使用CHN法评估骨龄,对结果进行统计学分析。结果骨龄与生活年龄呈高度正相关(P<0.01);各年龄组骨龄与生活年龄比较:男性4.0~11.9岁、16.0~17.9岁及女性4.0~9.9岁、16.0~17.9岁,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨龄与生活年龄差值的单样本t检验:男性4.0~11.9岁、16.0~17.9岁及女性4.0~9.9岁、16.0~17.9岁差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用CHN法评估呼和浩特地区骨龄在部分年龄段应慎用,并且有必要在CHN法基础上重新修订或制定适合本地区的骨龄评估标准。
Objective To evaluate the difference of bone age and living age of Han nationality children and adolescents in Hohhot area by CHN method.Methods Data of 1116 han nationality children and adolescents in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University were collected,bone age was evaluated by CHN method,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results Bone age was positively correlated with life age(P<0.01).Bone age and life age of all age groups were compared with 4.0~11.9 years for males,16.0~17.9 years for females,4.0~9.9 years for males,and 16.0~17.9 years for females,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The differences between bone age and life age in single sample T-test were statistically significant(P<0.05)in males 4.0~11.9 years old,16.0~17.9 years old,and females 4.0~9.9 years old,16.0~17.9 years old.Conclusion CHN method should be used with caution in evaluating bone age in Hohhot area,and it is necessary to revise or formulate bone age standards suitable for this area based on CHN method.
