玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Retinal Vein Occlusion by Vitreous Injection of Lei Zhu McAb Combined with Retinal Laser

目的研究玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月至2020年12月共62例视网膜静脉阻塞患者为对象,双盲随机数字表法分为两组,对照组31例接受视网膜激光治疗,观察组31例接受玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗,对比疗效。结果观察组治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月黄斑中心凹厚度均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后3个月、治疗后6个月最佳矫正视力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论玻璃体注射雷珠单抗联合视网膜激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞可迅速使黄斑水肿消退,减小黄斑中心凹视网膜厚度,提升最佳矫正视力,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of vitreous injection of LeiZhu McAb combined with retinal laser on retinal vein occlusion.Methods A total of 62 patients with retinal vein occlusion were prospectively selected from January 2018 to December 2020,The double blind randomised digital table was divided into two groups,The control group was treated with retinal laser,In the observation group,31 patients were treated with vitreous injection of Lei Zhu McAb combined with retinal laser,Contrast the curative effect.Results The thickness of macular fovea in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment and 6 months after treatment,the best corrected visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of retinal vein occlusion by vitreous injection of Leizhu McAbcombined with retinal laser can rapidly reduce macular edema,Reducing retinal thickness in macular fovea,Improve the best corrective vision,It’s worth promoting.
