摘要
丙交酯是工业上合成高品质聚乳酸的关键单体,合成工艺壁垒相对较高,而消旋化是制约合成工艺规模化的关键因素之一。以丙交酯"背咬合"合成过程为基础,介绍了丙交酯消旋化机理,详细阐述了温度、真空度、低聚物分子量、催化剂类型及含量对丙交酯消旋化的影响,其中,温度是主要影响因素;对如何实现内消旋丙交酯的高附加值利用进行了探讨,提出外消旋化是一种高价值的回用路线。
Lactide is an important monomer for the industrial production of polylactic acid(PLA),whose synthesis barrier is relatively higher.The racemization is one of the key limiting procedures of up-scale production lactide.Based on the backbiting reaction of the lactide,the mechanism for the racemization of lactide have been addressed.And then the influences of reaction temperature,vacuum degree,molecular weight of oligomer,the type and addition of catalyst were investigated.It is found that the reaction temperature is the most dominant influencing factor among them.Finally,how to realize high value added utilization of meso-lactide was discussed,and it is proposed that racemization is a highly valued way to recycle lactide.
