摘要
在地球低轨道(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)卫星通信系统中,由于卫星相对地面的高速移动,覆盖区内业务需求的空间分布呈现显著的不均匀特性,并导致了较低的资源利用率。而在地球静止轨道(Geostationary Earth Orbiter,GEO)卫星通信系统应用中,跳波束技术可有效地提升系统在业务需求分布不均匀情况下的资源利用率。因而,为了提高LEO通信卫星的资源利用率,采用跳波束技术,提出卫星分区覆盖模型,进而设计一种基于地面固定小区的分簇波束调配方法。仿真结果显示,相比随机调配方法、轮询调配方法和固定波束方法,系统资源利用率分别平均提高了60%、40%和5%,小区满足度分别平均提高了70%、47%和8%。。
In LEO satellite communication systems, due to the high-speed movement of satellites relative to the ground, the spatial distribution of traffic demands in the coverage area presents significant non-uniform characteristics and leads to low resource utilization. However, in GEO satellite communication systems, the beam-hopping technology can effectively improve the resource utilization under the condition of uneven distribution of traffic demands. Therefore, in order to improve the resource utilization of LEO satellite communication systems, by adopting the beam-hopping technology, this paper proposes a satellite coveragezoning model, and then puts forward a clustering beam allocation method based on the ground-fixed cell model. The simulation results indicate that compared with the polling method and the fixed multi-beam method, the resource utilization is increased by 60%、40% and 5%, and the cell satisfaction is increased by 70%、47% and 8%.
