摘要
近年来,随着通信技术的高速发展,人们对通信业务的需求急剧增加。运营商老旧的客户关系管理(Customer Relationship Management,CRM)系统架构不仅难以满足当前的需求,而且扩展极为不便。运营商迫切需要一种不仅能灵活支持商品销售,而且支持动态扩展的新的CRM系统架构,因此提出了一种基于微服务架构的CRM系统升级方案。相比原有的系统架构,该架构不仅支持动态扩展,而且同时满足高并发、高可靠性和低成本的要求。此外,通过扩展点的方式,该方案支持在基线版本的基础上进行不同省份的定制。
In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology, people’s demand for communication services has increased dramatically. The old CRM system architecture of operators is not only difficult to meet current needs, but also inconvenient to expand. Operators urgently need a new CRM system architecture, which can not only flexibly support commodity sales, but also support dynamic expansion. Therefore, a CRM system upgrade scheme based on micro-service architecture is provided. Compared with the original system architecture, this architecture not only supports dynamic expansion, but also meets the requirements of high concurrency, high reliability and low cost. In addition, through extension points, this scheme supports customization in different provinces based on the baseline version.
