一种双通道耦合机动飞控软件的故障检测方法

摘要 在深入研究某复杂机动飞行控制软件算法模型的基础上,建立机动过程中的故障模式分析和检测方法,以定位潜在的设计风险和缺陷。针对机动过程中双通道耦合的控制律模型,依据各通道的运动学和动力学模型进行运动轨迹分析,其中各通道的飞行状态切换条件的判断是影响控制效果的关键因素。然而,由于实际飞行中存在风干扰、结构干扰等不确定性的输入,仿真和测试中难以对实际机动飞行的各种切换状态覆盖全面。建立机动过程中的风干扰模型作为故障注入,进行测试用例设计和实施,记录机动飞行区间内各种故障模式下的控制切换时序、状态变换点,通过分析实际测试结果发现了控制算法模型的潜在缺陷,给出了设计准则建议,保障了软件质量和飞行方案实现。 Based on the study on algorithm model of the complicated maneuvering flight control software,a fault mode analysis and detection method is established to locate the design risks and defects.According to the two-channel coupling control model in the maneuvering process,the trajectory is analyzed through the kinematics and dynamics models of each channel,and judging the flight switching condition of each channel is the key factor.However,it is difficult to cover all kinds of switching states in simulation and test because of the uncertain inputs such as wind disturbance and structure disturbance.The wind disturbance model during maneuvering process is established as fault injection,and the test cases are designed and implemented,so the control switching sequence and logic transition point of various fault modes in the maneuvering interval are recorded.By analyzing the actual test results,defects of the control model are found,and the design criteria are proposed,and the software quality and flight plan are guaranteed.
