信息化时代工科班主任思政教育工作新探——基于点线面结合的工作实例分析

New Exploration on the Ideological and Political Education of Engineering Class Directors in the Information Age:Analysis of Working Case Based on Combination of Point,Line and Plane

新工科建设为高校思想政治教育工作提出了新要求,而信息化时代为应答时代要求提供了可能。高校工科班主任要紧扣新工科建设的要求,通过新信息技术平台与学生进行充分互动,兼顾“点线面”结合的不同维度:“点”的维度上要结合个人兴趣点,推动学生进行深度思考;“线”的维度上要设计系列问题,引导学生关注未来发展方向;“面”的维度上要注重合理布局,全方位服务学生成长,以共同助力新工科学生全面发展。

The construction of new engineering has put forward new requirements for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the information age has made it possible to respond to the requirements of the times.The head teachers of engineering in colleges and universities should closely follow the requirements of the new engineering construction,fully interact with students through the new information technology platform,and take into account the different dimensions of the combination of"point,line and plane".The"point"dimension should be combined with personal interest points to promote students to think deeply;on the dimension of"line",a series of questions should be designed to guide students to focus on the future development direction;in the dimension of"plane",we should pay attention to the reasonable layout,serve the growth of students in an all-round way,and jointly help the all-round development of new engineering students.
