高校辅导员网络话语能力提升的四重向度——以“易班”平台为例 被引量:2

摘要 高校辅导员要在自身具有坚定的政治信仰、深厚的理论学识、广阔的社会视野、浓烈的家国情怀基础之上,充分利用“易班”网络思想政治教育平台这个有效途径,从话语的议题设置、话语的内容生成、话语的表达方式、话语的情感融入这四个向度入手,提升话语的吸引力、说服力、亲和力、感染力,构建有理论深度、思想高度、情感温度的高校网络思想政治教育话语体系,提升高校立德树人的实效性。 To improve the network discourse ability of counselors is related to the construction of the network discourse system in colleges and universities.It is also an inevitable choice to adapt to the development of the network and the law of students'growth and talent.It is also the implementation of the task of cultivating people by virtue and realizing the"three integrity education".It is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Therefore,counselors must be firm in their political beliefs,profound theoretical knowledge,broad vision,deep feelings,on the basis of the discourse topic setting,the content of the discourse,discourse expression,emotion into the four dimensions of discourse,the discourse of the appeal,persuasive,affinity,appeal,to build a theoretical depth and perspective,the emotional temperature of university network ideological and political education discourse system,enhancing the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
