新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下的大学生就业问题探究

Research on the Employment Problem of College Students Based on the Normalization Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Pneumonia

大学生就业问题是一项重要的民生问题,而新冠肺炎疫情在严重影响经济发展的同时,也给大学生就业带来了严峻挑战;在全面分析新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控下大学生就业面临挑战的基础上,提出了拓宽就业渠道、高校全员参与就业指导、及时引导学生了解就业新动向、提高学生综合素质、鼓励学生自主创业等有效对策。

The employment of college students is a very important livelihood issue.The outbreak of the new crown pneumonia has seriously affected the rapid development of Chinese economy,but also brought severe challenges to college students’employment.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the challenges faced by college students’employment under the normalized prevention and control of the new crown pneumonia in China,this paper puts forward effective countermeasures such as broadening employment channels,participating in employment guidance for all college members,guiding students to understand new employment trends in a timely manner,improving students’comprehensive quality,and encouraging students to start their own businesses.
