研究生公共英语教学供给侧结构性改革研究

Supply-side Structural Reform of Postgraduate English Teaching

作为研究生教育的一部分,研究生公共英语教学在培养学生跨文化沟通能力、国际学术合作与发表能力等方面发挥重要作用。为了满足我国建设研究生教育强国的需要,应该在新形势下认真思考研究生公共英语教学供给侧结构性改革的必要性、路径和保障措施。只有加强供需衔接、资源投入和组织保障,从课程设置、教学模式和考核评价方式等方面探索供给侧结构性改革的路径,才能让研究生公共英语教学在高校培养人才中获得不可替代的地位。

Postgraduate English teaching,an integrated part of postgraduate education,plays an important role in cultivating students’competencies in cross-cultural communication,and international academic cooperation and publication.In order to meet the needs of building China into a strong country in graduate education,we should seriously consider the necessity,path and safeguard measures of the supply-side structural reform of public English teaching for graduate students under the new circumstances.To ensure the irreplaceable significance of postgraduate English teaching in talent cultivation,it is necessary to strengthen the link between supply and need,resource investments and organization.Moreover,reforms in curriculum,teaching model and assessment should be made as to the supply-side structure of postgraduate English teaching.
