思政教育融入环境资源法课程教学的路向

The Directions of the Thinking and Politics Integrating into the Teaching in the Environmental Resources Law Course

环境资源法是培养生态文明法治建设者“德法兼备”综合素质的主干课程,但因该部门法具有鲜明的公益性、技术性、趋同性特点,其课程思政教育容易被忽视。环境资源法教学应当融入“德法”兼备课程思政教育目标,以引领“全面育人”;系统构建课程思政内容体系,以铺垫“全方位”育人;注重参与式、融合式等教学方法,提升育人效果。环境资源法课程思政实施中,应发挥教师的主导作用,强化实践教学环节课程思政,贯彻课程思政全程考核。

Environmental Resources Law is the main course of cultivating the comprehensive quality of"both morality and law"of the builders of ecological civilization rule of law,but the ideological and political education of the course is easy to be ignored because of the distinctive characteristics of public welfare,technology and convergence of this department law.The teaching of environmental and resource law should be integrated into the ideological and political education objectives of both"moral and legal"courses,so as to lead the"comprehensive education".The ideological and political content system of the course is systematically constructed to pave the way for"all-round"education.Teachers should pay attention to the participation,integration and other teaching methods to improve the effect of education.In the implementation of the ideological and political course of environmental resource law,teachers should play a leading role to strengthen the ideological and political course of the practice teaching link,and to carry out the ideological and political examination of the course.
