巴戟天寡糖对肾性高血压大鼠预后的影响及其机制研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察巴戟天寡糖对肾性高血压(RH)大鼠心肌组织H_(2)O_(2)含量及红细胞Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活性的影响,探讨其改善RH大鼠长期预后的可能机制。方法40只大鼠按随机数字表法分为假手术组、RH组、巴戟天寡糖高、中、低剂量组(60,40,20 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))。给药4周后经腹主动脉采血并留取心肌组织,测定心肌H_(2)O_(2)含量及红细胞Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活性。结果巴戟天寡糖可以显著降低RH大鼠心肌组织H_(2)O_(2)含量,改善大鼠红细胞Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活性。结论巴戟天寡糖降低RH大鼠心肌组织H_(2)O_(2)含量,增强红细胞Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶活性可能是改善RH大鼠长期预后的机制之一。 Objective To determine the effect of Morinda officinalis oligosaccharides(MOOs)on the content of H_(2)O_(2) in myocardium and the activity of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase in erythrocytes of renovascular hypertension(RH)rats,and to investigate its potential mechanism for improving the prognosis of RH rats.Methods The rats were randomly divided into sham operation group,RH group,MOOs high-/medium-/low-dose groups(60,40 and 20 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)).At 4 weeks after administration,the blood was collected via abdominal aorta and the myocardial tissue was collected to determine the content of H_(2)O_(2) in myocardium and the activity of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase in erythrocytes.Results MOOs could significantly reduce the content of H_(2)O_(2) in myocardium and improve the activity of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase in erythrocytes of RH rats.Conclusion MOOs reduce the content of H_(2)O_(2) in myocardium and enhance the activity of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase in erythrocytes of RH rats,which may be one of the mechanisms for improving the long-term prognosis of RH rats.
