Operation Practice of TRT Transformed from Wet Type to Dry type

本钢板材7#高炉煤气净化系统由原来的湿式环缝洗涤塔系统改为干式的布袋除尘系统,TRT也由湿式运行改为干式运行。介绍了TRT机组系统的改造调整内容,生产过程中出现的问题及处理办法。

The gas purification system of No.7 blast furnace of Benxi Steel has been changed from the original wet annular seam washing tower system to the dry bag dust re⁃moval system,and the TRT has also been changed from the wet operation to the dry opera⁃tion.This paper introduces the modification and adjustment contents of TRT unit system,as well as problems in the production process and treatment methods.
