摘要
以南钢制氧厂KDON-20000/40000型空分设备为例,先后对分子筛加热器、膨胀机提效、空分下塔筛板、氧气压缩机等进行综合性探索改造,并进行改造后效果评价,最终实现装置稳定、低耗、高效运行。
Taking the KDON-20000/40000 air separation plant of Nangang oxygen plant as an example,a comprehensive exploration and transformation of the molecular sieve heater,expander efficiency improvement,lower tower sieve plate of air separation and oxy⁃gen compressor were successively carried out,and an effect evaluation after transformation was carried out.As a result,stable,low consumption and high efficiency operation of the plant were achieved.
