350MW超临界锅炉制粉系统静态分离器分离特性与煤粉细度研究

摘要 针对某电厂350 MW机组锅炉制粉系统煤粉细度偏粗、同台磨煤机各粉管煤粉细度偏差大,分离器折向挡板旋向调整等问题,通过对ZGM95G中速磨煤机分离器折向门挡板旋向及异步调整对煤粉细度影响试验,得出了离心式分离器的挡板特性,有效降低了煤粉细度。 To solve the problem of coarse pulverized coal in the pulverizing system of 350 MW unit boiler in a power plant,large deviation of pulverized coal fineness in each pulverized coal pipe of the same pulverizer,and rotation direction adjustment of separator deflector baffle,the effect of rotation direction and asynchronous adjustment of separator de⁃flector baffle on pulverized coal fineness of ZGM95G medium speed pulverizer was tested,and the baffle characteristics of centrifugal separator were obtained,which effectively im⁃proved pulverized coal fineness.
