摘要
为解决行蓄洪区启用时间和超额洪量出现时间不匹配导致的分洪效果不理想问题,需对行蓄洪区启用控制方式进行优化。以蒙洼蓄洪区为例,基于淮河王家坝断面洪水过程特点和河道洪水演进规律,分析王家坝特征时段洪量与最高水位关系,提出最大3d洪量与极值相结合的蒙洼蓄洪区运用控制方法。构建淮河干流淮滨至鲁台子段河道一维与行蓄洪区二维耦合的水动力数学模型,对蒙洼蓄洪区调度进行情景模拟。探讨蒙洼蓄洪区启用控制方法,采用2003年和2007年等实测洪水过程对蓄洪区洪量与极值相结合的运用控制方法进行效果分析与优化。结果表明,蒙洼蓄洪区按照王家坝3d洪量特征时段的初始时刻启用效果最佳,实际调度中,蒙洼蓄洪区综合考虑最大3d洪量第1d和控制水位作为启用条件,可以得到较好的分洪效果。
In order to solve the problem of poor flood diversion effect that results from the time mismatch between the start-up of the flood storage area and the excess flood volume,it is necessary to optimize the start-up control mode of the flood storage area.Taking Mengwa flood storage area as an example,based on the flood process characteristics of Wangjiaba section in Huaihe River and the river flood evolution law,this paper analyzed the relationship between the flood volume and the highest water level during Wangjiaba characteristic period,and proposed the control method of Mengwa combining the maximum 3-day flood volume and the extreme value,and established one-dimensional and two-dimensional coupled hydrodynamic mathematical model of the main stream from Huaibin to Lutaizi in the Huaihe River to simulate the operation of Mengwa.Besides,it discussed the control method of Mengwa,and analyzed and optimized the control method combining flood volume and extreme value in flood storage by measured flood process in 2003 and 2007.The results show that the best start-up effect is in accordance with the initial time of Wangjia-ba’s maximum 3-day flood volume period in Mengwa.The first day of the maximum 3-day flood volume and the control water level can be taken as the start-up conditions in Mengwa to obtain better flood diversion effect in actual operation.
