内河水域海事监管图规划目录架构设计

Design of the Catalogue Framework of Maritime Supervision Map Plan at Inland Water

针对当前黑龙江水系水上交通安全监管现状及海事监管对江图应用需求,结合黑龙江水系海事监管图测绘状况,提出了以满足海事监管需求为主导的内河水域海事监管图规划目录制作思路,设计规划目录结构,科学管理内河水域海事监管图,便于检索查阅使用。

In view of the current situation of water traffic safety supervision of the Heilongjiang river system and the demand from the maritime supervision for river chart application,taking into consideration the existing conditions of the surveying and mapping of maritime supervision charts of the Heilongjiang river system,this paper puts forward the approach of making planning catalogue on the maritime supervision charts for inland waters oriented to the demand of maritime supervision,designing the structure of the catalogue,and scientifically managing the maritime supervision charts for inland waters with convenient search and utilization.
