重庆区县ACS患者的疾病认知态度和信念现状及影响因素调查

Investigation on the status quo and influencing factors of disease cognition,attitude and belief in patients with acute coronary syndrome in Chongqing districts and counties

目的了解重庆区县急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者对心脏病发作症状的认知、态度、信念的现状及其影响因素。方法以多中心抽样方法对362例于2019年9~12月在重庆市某6家区县医院就诊的ACS患者采用一般情况调查表、中文版急性冠状动脉综合征反应指数量表(C-ACSRI)和领悟社会支持量表进行横断面调查。结果ACS患者的认知均分为(9.08±2.50)分,态度均分为(10.47±5.02)分,信念均分为(15.92±2.92)分;患者的认知受居住地、归因于心脏病、是否了解急救知识影响;态度受居住地、是否了解急救知识、工作状况、归因于心脏病及社会支持影响;信念受社会支持和教育水平影响。结论重庆区县ACS患者的疾病认知、态度、信念水平偏低,受多种相关因素的影响。医务工作者应开展针对性的健康教育,提高患者认知、态度、信念水平,缩短患者就医延迟时间。

Objective To investigate the status quo of knowledge,attitudes and beliefs for heart attack symptoms in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)in Chongqing districts and counties and its influencing factors.Methods Chinese acute coronary syndrome response index scale(C-ACSRI),perceived social support scale and a general questionnaire were used to counduct a cross-sectional survey in 362 patients with ACS who treated in 6 district and county hospitals in Chongqing from September to December 2019.Results The mean scores were(9.08±2.50)scores,(10.47±5.02)scores and(15.92±2.92)scores for knowledge,attitudes and beliefs,respectively.Patients′knowledge was affected by the place of residence,attributable to heart disease,and knowledge of first aid;their attitudes were affected by their place of residence,knowledge of first aid,work status,attributable to heart disease and social support;their beliefs were affected by social support and education level.Conclusion The level of knowledge,attitude and belief in disease of patients with ACS in Chongqing districts and counties is low,which is affected by many related factors.Medical workers should carry out targeted health education to improve patients′knowledge,attitude and belief level,and shorten the delay time for patients to seek medical treatment.
