Lauge-Hansen分型是基于受伤时足的位置和变形力方向来研究踝关节骨折创伤机制的分类系统,至今仍被国内外学者广泛用于指导临床治疗。然而,随着后续临床实践与验证性基础研究的开展,该分型系统的可靠性受到挑战。本文介绍踝关节骨折Lauge-Hansen分型的由来、内容和意义,对其局限性、临床价值和目前存在的争议进行思考,同时提出临床验证性研究的新思路。

Lauge-Hansen typing is a classification system to study the injury mechanism of ankle fractures based on the position of the foot and the direction of deformation forces at the time of injury,and it is still widely used by scholars at home and abroad to guide clinical treatment.However,with the subsequent clinical practice and validated basic researches,the reliability of this classification system has been challenged.This article introduces the origin,content and significance of the Lauge-Hansen typing for ankle fractures,reflects on its limitations,clinical value and current controversies,and proposes new ideas about its clinical validation studies.
