“十三五”期间广州地区在用工业锅炉能效状况分析

Energy Efficiency Analysis of Industrial Boilers in Use in Guangzhou during the 13th Five Year Plan

锅炉作为高耗能特种设备,是最主要的消耗能源设备,做好锅炉的节能减排工作对完成国家能源消耗双控指标和大气污染物排放量指标具有重大的现实意义。锅炉节能工作II立法以来,工业锅炉能效水平有了极大的提升,但也到了巩固和攻坚环节。本文以广州地区工业锅炉为研究对象,通过分析“十三五”期间广州市工业锅炉能效指标和比较测试周期内主要能耗参数,梳理出工业锅炉的节能潜力和空间,得出节能发力点,对广州市在“十四五”期间做好工业锅炉节能工作具有重要的指导意义。

As a special equipment with high energy consumption,boiler is the most important energy consumption equipment.It is of great practical significance to complete the national energy consumption double control index and air pollutant emission index to do a good job in energy saving and emission reduction.Since the legislation of boiler energy conservation,the level of industrial boiler energy efficiency has been greatly improved,but also to consolidate and tackle the key link.This paper takes industrial boilers in Guangzhou as the research object.By analyzing the energy efficiency index of industrial boilers in Guangzhou during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and the main energy consumption parameters in the comparative test cycle,the paper combs out the energy saving potential and space of industrial boilers,and obtains the energy-saving starting point,which is of great guiding significance for Guangzhou to do a good job in the energy-saving work of industrial boilers during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
