氨腐蚀致锅炉导热油管失效起火的机理研究

摘要 随着深入推进“蓝天工程”,锅炉加装脱硝设备已成为大势所趋。目前比较主流的脱硝工艺分为SCR(选择性催化还原法)和SNCR(选择性非催化还原法)。由于SNCR工程造价低、布置简易、占地面积小,适合中小型锅炉采用。本文就某脱硝设备设计不当引起有机热载体炉导热油管氨腐蚀并失效起火的机理进行了研究,并提出相应改进措施,供锅炉及环保从业人员借鉴。 With the further development of "blue sky project",it has become the general trend to install denitration equipment in boilers.At present,the mainstream denitration processes are SCR(selective catalytic reduction)and SNCR(selective non catalytic reduction).Due to the low cost,simple layout and small floor area of SNCR project,it is suitable for medium and small boilers.In this paper,the mechanism of ammonia corrosion and failure of the heat pipe of the organic heat carrier furnace caused by improper design of a denitration equipment is studied.The corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the reference of boiler and environmental protection practitioners.
