丹红注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果研究

THE CLINICAL EFFECTS OF DANHONG INJECTION COMBINED WITH ROSUVASTATIN IN THE TREATMENT OF UAP

目的探讨UAP的治疗方法。方法选择72例UAP患者,将其随机分为两组,各36例。对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片,观察组加用丹红注射液。两组均治疗2周后比较临床效果。结果观察组总有效率为94.44%,高于对照组的75%(χ^(2)=5.26,P=0.022);TNF-α、IL-6、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C、MMP-9、TIMP-1、D-D二聚体改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗UAP效果显著。

Objective To explore the treatment of UAP.Methods A total of 72 UAP patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The control group was given rosuvastatin calcium tablets,and the observation group was given Danhong injection.The clinical effects of both groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 75%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.26,P=0.022).For TNF-α,IL-6,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C,and MMP-9,the improvement of TIMP-1 and D-D dimer was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with rosuvastatin is effective in treating UAP.
