游戏在孤独症儿童社会性发展缺陷康复护理中的应用

APPLICATION OF PLAY IN REHABILITATION NURSING OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISTIC SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT DEFICIT

目的探讨儿童孤独症的治疗方法。方法选取80例孤独症患儿,将其随机分为两组,各40例。对照组接受常规社会性发展缺陷康复护理,观察组接受社会性发展缺陷康复护理中游戏治疗,观察两组临床效果。结果观察组优良率为95%,高于对照组的77.5%(χ^(2)=5.16,P=0.023);观察组WHOQOL-BREF各项评分改善情况均优于对照组(t=6.05~9.59,P<0.01);观察组交流能力评分低于对照组(t=25.91,P<0.01)。结论孤独症患儿采用游戏治疗能有效改善病情,提高生活质量和交流能力。

Objective To explore the treatment of children with autism.Methods A total of 80 children with autism were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation nursing for social development deficits,and the observation group received play therapy in rehabilitation nursing for social development deficits.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 95%,which was higher than 77.5%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.16,P=0.023).The improvement of WHOQOL-BREF scores in the observation group was better than that of the control group(t=6.05-9.59,P<0.01).The communication ability score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(t=25.91,P<0.01).Conclusion The use of play therapy in children with autism can effectively improve the condition,the quality of life,and communication skills.
