中学英语教师专业发展中的矛盾与行动个案研究

摘要 本文以叙事研究的理论视角为支撑,通过叙事回忆、访谈记录和案例素材对一位研究型高中英语教师的专业发展进行深度探究,分析其从工作至今的13年间在教学中面临的矛盾,以及如何通过自身的行动和努力化解矛盾,在专业发展上不断进取的发展历程。通过该研究得出如下启示:有四个因素在其化解矛盾的专业发展行动中起着重要作用,即专业人士与重要他人的影响、基于问题教学情境的非正式学习、积极的情感态度、主动发展意识。该研究也对一线英语教师如何通过自身的行动化解教学工作中的各种矛盾,促进其专业发展具有一定的借鉴作用。 Based on the theoretical perspective of narrative research,this article makes an in-depth study on the professional development of a research-oriented senior high school English teacher from the aspects of narrative memories,interview records and case materials.It analyzes the contradictions he has faced in teaching in the past 13 years and how to resolve the contradictions through his own actions and efforts,so as to make continuous progress in professional development.Through the study,we can draw the following enlightening conclusions:four factors play an important role in the professional development action of resolving contradictions,namely professional guidance and influence of important others,informal learning based on problem-based teaching situation,positive emotional attitude and active development consciousness.The research can also provide certain references for the front-line English teachers to resolve various contradictions in teaching and to promote professional development through their own actions.
