摘要
本文采用质性研究方法对两位中小学英语教师的教育叙事进行剖析。研究表明,中小学英语教师专业自主发展的动因,可分为教师个体发展的内部动因和外部动因,即自身专业发展的内在诉求与驱动、外部环境的刺激与支持。内部动因和外部动因相互制约、相互依赖,共同促进英语教师的专业发展。
This study uses qualitative method to analyze the narratives of two primary and secondary school English teachers.The research shows that the motivation of primary and secondary school English teachers’professional independent development can be divided into internal and external motivations,that is the internal demand and drive of their own professional development,and the stimulation and support of external environment.Internal motivation and external motivation restrict and depend on each other to promote the professional development of English teachers.
