北京市通州区小学体育教师工作满意度影响因素实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Influencing Factors of Job Satisfaction of Primary School Physical Education Teachers in Tongzhou District of Beijing

该文采用文献资料法、数理统计法等,选取自我实现程度、职称晋升机会、薪酬福利、组织支持程度、人际关系作为自变量,教师工作满意度作为因变量,对北京市通州区小学体育教师进行了工作满意度调查。经调查发现,目前北京市通州区小学体育教师的总体工作满意度处于中下水平,尤其在自我实现程度、职称晋升机会、人际关系维度方面的工作满意度较低。根据多元线性回归分析可知,自我实现程度、职称晋升机会、薪资福利与北京市通州区小学体育教师的工作满意度具有显著的正向影响关系,而组织支持程度、人际关系则与通州区小学体育教师的工作满意度无影响关系。

This paper adopts literature method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,selects self-realization degree,title promotion opportunity,salary and welfare,organizational support degree,interpersonal relationship as independent variables,and teacher job satisfaction as dependent variable.A job satisfaction survey was conducted.The survey found that the overall job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers in Tongzhou District,Beijing is currently at a low level,and the job satisfaction is particularly low in terms of self-realization,promotion opportunities,and interpersonal relationships.According to multiple linear regression,it can be seen that the degree of self-actualization,title promotion opportunities analysis,salary and welfare have a significant positive impact on the job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers in Tongzhou District,Beijing.The degree of organizational support and interpersonal relationship had no influence on the job satisfaction of primary school physical education teachers in Tongzhou District.
