mhAPP在高校体育教学的服务构建和政策导航——基于体医结合的“动+吃”的干预

A Theoretical Exploration of MhAPP for Service Construction and Policy Navigation in University Physical Education Class Teaching and Training——An "Activity+Diet" Intervention Based on Exercise and Medicine in and Out of Physical Education Class

目前大学生体质堪忧,而作为落实“体医结合治未病”的前沿阵地、贯彻“健康中国”的急先锋,高校体育课责无旁贷。高校体育课存在诸多问题,使大学生体质健康及对运动人体理论知识的掌握状况均不理想。因此,有必要引入新的教学改革方案。国内外移动健康应用(mobile health application,mhAPP)发展非常迅猛,它搭乘互联网的东风,为高校体育课改革提供了助力。该研究从理论层面讨论mhAPP在体育课管理中的服务构建和政策导航路径,得出mhAPP能够从管理“动+吃”两方面改良体育课效果,最终提升体育课实用价值,改善大学生身体素质和理论水平的结论。

At present,the physical fitness of college students is worrying,and as the frontier of implementing the"prevention of disease by combination of sports and medicine"and the pioneer of implementing"healthy China",physical education classes in colleges and universities are obliged to do so.There are many problems in physical education in colleges and universities,which make the physical health of college students and the mastery of sports human body theory knowledge not ideal.Therefore,there is a need to introduce new teaching and learning programs.Mobile health application(mhAPP)is developing rapidly at home and abroad.It takes advantage of the Internet and provides assistance for the reform of college physical education.This study discussesthe service construction and policy navigation path of mhAPP in physical education class management from the theoretical level,and draws the conclusion that mhAPP can improve the effect of physical education from the two aspects of management"activity+diet",and ultimately greatly enhance the practical value of physical education classes and improve the physical fitness and theoretical level of college students.
