随着羽毛球运动的广泛开展,其在我国高校体育教学中的地位越来越重要,如今已经发展成我国高校体育教学体系中的一个重要组成部分。在体育教学改革背景下,体育教师应加大对羽毛球训练方法的创新力度,积极引用先进的训练方法,以激发学生羽毛球运动的学习兴趣,进一步增强羽毛球教学效果,最终促进学生羽毛球运动技能与身心素质水平的同步提升。多球训练法是羽毛球训练中十分重要的一种方式,对于学生羽毛球运动训练效果的提升具有十分重要的意义。基于此,该文首先对多球训练法的内涵进行解析,然后对多球训练法在高校羽毛球专项教学中的运用价值进行分析,最后探索出多球训练法在高校羽毛球专项教学中的具体应用途径,以期能够为高校羽毛球专项教学水平的显著提升提供一定的理论帮助。

With the extensive development of badminton,its position in physical education in colleges and universities in China is becoming more and more important,and now it has developed into an important part of the physical education system in colleges and universities in China.Under the background of physical education reform,physical education teachers should intensify the innovation of badminton training methods and actively introduce advanced training methods,so as to stimulate students'interest in badminton learning,further enhance the teaching effect of badminton,and finally promote the simultaneous improvement of students'badminton skills and physical and mental quality.Multi-ball training is a very important way in badminton training,which is of great significance for improving the training effect of badminton.Based on this,this paper first analyzes the connotation of multi-ball training method,then analyzes the application value of multi-ball training method in badminton special teaching in colleges and universities,and finally explores the specific application ways of multi-ball training method in badminton special teaching in colleges and universities,in order to provide some theoretical help for the significant improvement of badminton special teaching level in colleges and universities.
