表象训练法在高职健美操训练中的运用研究

Research on the Application of Imagery Training Method in Higher Vocational Aerobics Training

随着人们对高职院校教育教学的重视,高职院校教育教学的学科体系得到不断完善,高职体育教育得到了人们的关注。该文在阐述表象训练法基本内涵和产生依据的基础上,以健美操作为研究对象,从技能学习、训练、表演比赛等方面,具体分析了表象训练法在高职健美操训练中的有效运用,旨在更好地优化高职健美操教学。

Along with people's attention to the education and teaching in higher vocational colleges,the subject system of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges is constantly improving,and higher vocational physical education has received people's attention.On the basis of expounding the basic connotation and producing basis of imagery training method,taking bodybuilding operation as the basic research object,this paper analyzes the effective application of imagery training method in higher vocational aerobics training ability from the aspects of skill learning,training and performance competition,so as to better optimize higher vocational aerobics teaching.
