新时代高校体育教育专业人才培养方式的创新路径探索

Exploration on the Innovative Path of Personnel Training Mode of Physical Education Major in Colleges and Universities in the New Era

体育教育是全面发展素质教育的重要组成部分,充分体现并承载着“育人”这一教育的根本属性。该文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等,对当前各高校体育教育专业人才培养的情况进行了研究。研究表明,各大高校在该专业人才培养目标上各具特色,但仍然存在诸多问题,培养规格不够具体且要求偏低,课程设置丰富但课时有限,“雨露均沾”式学习效果不佳,体育教育专业人才培养方案中培养目标与定位不清晰,专业课程体系仍需完善;人才培养单一化,缺少短期阶段性目标;专业实践教学环节不够重视;师资水平亟需提高等。笔者认为,新时代高校体育教育专业人才培养方案的创新是为了培养“通专结合”的人才,同时也要坚持人才培养的科学性、创新性、开放性、个性化需求来制订更加全面、完善的符合体育教学特点与各大高校特色的体育人才培养方案,并根据国家和教育部文件精神,结合各大高校教学实际,着眼高层次体育人才培养的要求,在新时代背景下以创新驱动高校体育教育专业人才与基础教育的充分融合与发展。

Physical education is an important part of all-round development of quality education,which fully embodies and carries the fundamental attribute of"Yuren".Through the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper studies the current situation of the cultivation of physical education professionals in colleges and universities.The research shows that the major colleges and universities have their own characteristics in the professional training objectives,but they are still similar to the"Curriculum Plan"17 years ago.The training specifications are not specific enough and the requirements are low.The curriculum is rich but the class hours are limited.The"rain and dew all in touch"learning effect is not good.There are some problems in the training objectives and positioning of physical education professionals,such as unclear professional courses.There are still a series of problems,such as the need to improve the curriculum system,the simplification of personnel training,the lack of short-term stage goals,the lack of attention to professional practice teaching,the urgent need to improve the level of teachers and so on.It is believed that the innovation of the talent training program of physical education major in colleges and universities in the new era is to cultivate the talents of"combination of general education and professional education".At the same time,it is also necessary to adhere to the scientific,innovative,open and personalized needs of talent training to formulate a more comprehensive and perfect talent training program in line with the characteristics of physical education teaching and the characteristics of major colleges and universities,combined with the teaching practice of colleges and universities,focusing on the requirements of high-level sports personnel training,in the context of the new era,we should drive the full integration and development of college sports education professionals and basic education with innovation.
