该文对国内外公共体育场馆管理文献进行查阅,了解国内外公共体育场馆管理经验和相关政策法规,通过现场调研走访了解我国公共体育场馆的经营管理现状,找出影响我国公共体育场馆运营中存在的问题。从场馆定位、评价体系、管理机制等几方面入手深入探讨公共体育场馆运营管理,提出改革建议意见,以期对我国公共体育场馆的健康发展作出贡献。

This paper consults the documents on the management of public stadiums at home and abroad,understands the management experience and related policies and regulations of public stadiums at home and abroad,and learns about the management status of public sports stadiums in China through on-site research,and f inds out the problems that affect the operation of public sports stadiums in China.From the venue positioning,evaluation system,other aspects to explore the operation and management of public stadiums in depth,put forward reform proposals,with a view to contributing to the healthy development of China's public stadiums.
