摘要 核心力量是运动训练领域功能训练内容的一部分,对提高运动员核心区域力量的稳定性和爆发力具有积极作用。要提高核心力量,不仅要有良好的身体素质和反应能力,还要加强核心肌群的训练,为了突破运动员专业训练的瓶颈,实现个人竞争力的不断提高,该文首先分析了核心力量在田径运动中的重要作用和价值,然后探讨了核心力量的有效方法在田径运动员训练中的重要性。 Core strength,also known as nuclear stability training,is a part of functional training in the field of sports training,which plays a positive role in improving the stability and explosive power of athletes'central area strength.To improve the core strength,we should not only have good physical fitness and reaction ability,but also strengthen the training of core musle group.In order to break through the bottleneck of professional training of athletes and realize the continuous improvement of personal competitiveness,this paper first analyzes the important role and value of core strength in athletes and track and field athletes,and then discusses the effective methods of core strength in athlete training and track and field The importance of athlete training.
