职业学院学生课外体育活动开展现状的调查分析——以福建水利电力职业技术学院为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation of Extracurricular Sports Activities of Vocational College Students--Take Fujian Water Resources and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College as an Example

该文运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法和逻辑分析方法,对福建水利电力职业技术学院学生课外体育活动开展现状进行调查分析,研究结果表明:大部分学生认为在课余时间参加课外体育活动是必要的,并且参加课外体育锻炼能够促进身心健康;课外体育活动的开展情况较好,学生参与度高,拥有一定的锻炼效果;男女生在选择课外体育活动项目时具有明显的差异性;学院体育社团、协会、俱乐部的开展有待提高;影响学生参与课外体育活动的主要因素在于学生的惰性及锻炼内容不够丰富。

By using the methods of questionnaire,literature,expert interview,data statistics and logical analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the present situation of students'extracurricular sports activities in Fujian Water Resources and Electric Power Vocational and Technical College.The results show that most college students think it is necessary to take part in extracurricular sports activities in their spare time,and taking part in extracurricular sports exercises can promote their physical and mental health.The development of extracurricular sports activities is good,students'participation is high,and they have certain exercise effects;there are obvious differences between men and women in choosing extracurricular sports activities;the development of college sports associations,associations and clubs needs to be improved;the main factors affecting students'participation in extracurricular sports activities are students'inertia and insufficient exercise content.
