随着高校体育课程的深入改革,瑜伽课程在高校中成为最受欢迎的选修科目之一,该课程不仅能保持学生的身心健康,还能培养学生的体育素养。随着网络信息化技术进步,瑜伽课程的教学模式也发生了变化,其中智能手机和“互联网+”很大程度上改变了传统的教学模式。该文通过分析智能手机与“互联网+”教学模式在瑜伽教学中的应用情况,为新的教学模式应用研究提供参考。

With the in-depth reform of college physical education courses,yoga courses have become one of the most popular elective subjects in colleges and universities.This course can not only maintain the physical and mental health of students,but also cultivate students'physical qualities.With the advancement of network information technology,the teaching mode of yoga courses has also changed,and smart phones and"Internet plus"has largely changed the traditional teaching mode.This article analyzes the application of smart phones and the"Internet plus"teaching model in yoga teaching to provide references for the application of new teaching models.
