临沂大学体育学院篮球裁判员培养现状与分析

Current Situation and Analysis of Basketball Referees Training in Physical Education College of Linyi University

该文运用了文献调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和调查问卷法从学生与老师两个方面对临沂大学体育与健康学院篮球裁判员培养现状进行了调查,并发现体育与健康学院篮球裁判员培养现状中所呈现出来的学生参与途径较少、教师的重视程度依然不够、拥有丰富篮球裁判员知识的教师不足、指导教师配备不足、场地和器械不足等基本问题以及不足之处,针对在研究过程中所有的问题和不足,提出满足学生的兴趣爱好、安排专业教师开展学习小组进行线上教学、增加学生参与篮球裁判员培养的途径如开展选修课、社团等建议。

This paper uses the methods of literature survey,interview,mathematical statistics and questionnaire to investigate the current situation of basketball referees training in the College of physical education and health of Linyi University from the aspects of students and teachers.This study finds that there are the following problems and shortcomings in the current sitnation of basketball referees training in physical education college,such as less ways for students to participate in the training of basketball referees,insufficient attention of teachers,lack of teachers with rich knowledge of basketball referees,lak of in struetors,lack of venues and equipment and so on.In view of all the problems and deficiencies in the research process,this paper proposes to meet the students'interests and hobbies,arrange professional teachers to carry out learning groups for online teaching,and increase the ways for students to participate in the training of basketball referees,such as carrying out elective courses and associations.
