摘要
高校公共体育课教学模式的变革,对课程质量的提升有深远影响。该文以泰州学院瑜伽选项课为例,依据《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》的要求,结合瑜伽项目特色、学生身心特点,构建项目式学习模式,探析该模式在教学实施各阶段的任务分配。与传统教学模式进行对比,项目式学习模式在教学方式、师生关系、教学内容、教学方法及学习效率方面均有优化,为课程教学改革提供了借鉴。
The reform of teaching mode of public physical education in universities has far-reaching influence on curriculum quality improvement.This paper aims at analyzing the task allocation of the constructed PBL in each teaching stage,while taking Yoga elective course of Taizhou University as an example according to the Guidelines of the Teaching of Physical Education in National Institutions of Higher Learning,combined with the characteristics of Yoga and that of the students physically and mentally.Compared with traditional teaching mode,the PBL has improved a lot in the aspects of teaching method,teacher-student relationship,teaching content and learning efficiency,which provides reference for curriculum reform.
