徐州市泉山区社区体育赛事组织管理优化研究

Study on Optimization of Organization and Management of Community Sports Events in Quanshan District of Xuzhou City

该研究借鉴前人对社区体育赛事组织管理的研究文献和逻辑分析方法,结合徐州市泉山区社区体育赛事组织管理现状与发展,分析目前徐州市泉山区社区体育赛事在组织管理中存在的问题。通过分析发现徐州市泉山区在体育赛事组织管理中存在着竞赛内容单一,专业人才缺失等问题。针对其在社区体育赛事组织管理中出现的问题,该研究提出了以下对策:(1)增加竞赛内容形式;(2)优化社区体育竞赛场地资源;(3)提出了建立非营利性社区体育赛事管理中心的设想。该研究旨在优化发展徐州市泉山区社区体育赛事组织管理形式,为推动社区体育进一步发展作贡献。

It draws on previous research literature and logic analysis methods for the organization and management of community sports events,and combines the status quo and development of community sports organization and management in Quanshan District,Xuzhou City.Analyze the current problems in the organization and management of community sports events in Quanshan District,Xuzhou City.Through analysis,it is found that in Quanshan District of Xuzhou City,there are problems such as insufficient promotion of single competition content and lack of professionals.Aiming at its problems in the organization and management of community sports events,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Increase publicity,the content of the competition is diversified;(2)Optimize community sports competition venue resources;(3)Put forward the idea of establishing a non-profit community sports event management center.It aims to optimize the development and management of community sports events in Quanshan District of Xuzhou City,improve the quality of life of community residents and contribute to the further development of community sports.
