前摄性人格促进高校学生体育学业成绩的理论分析

摘要 后疫情时代及体育强国背景下,高校需要以提升大学生体育学业成绩为主要抓手来促进大学生身体素质提升。该研究基于前摄性人格理论,探讨前摄性人格对大学生体育学业成绩的正向影响作用,通过分析前摄性人格对体育学业成绩的影响,论述前摄性人格与自我效能感和成就动机的关系,以及它们在体育运动技能形成和发展过程中的作用机理,拓展了前摄性人格理论在体育教学领域内的运用,为进一步开展实证研究及体育教学实践奠定基础。 In the post-epidemic era and under the background of sports power,colleges and universities need to take the improvement of college students,sports academic performance as the main focus to promote college students,physical quality.Based on the theory of proactive personality,this paper discusses the positive influence of proactive personality on the physical education academic performance of college students.By analyzing the relationship between proactive personality and physical education academic performance,this paper discusses the relationship between proactive personality,self-efficacy and active motivation and their mechanism in the formation and development of sports skills.This study expands the application of proactive personality theory in the field of physical education,and lays a theoretical foundation for further empirical research and physical education practice.
