某江中鲫鱼中重金属含量分析及安全性评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Heavy Metal Content in Crucian Carp in a Reservoir

利用原子吸收分光光度计测定某江中鲫鱼中铅、镉、铬的含量。结果表明,铅含量在0.004~0.015 mg/kg,均值为0.010 mg/kg;镉含量在0.003~0.010 mg/kg,均值为0.006 mg/kg;铬含量在0.015~0.037 mg/kg,均值为0.018 mg/kg,均满足限值要求。因此,某江中鲫鱼中重金属含量较低,未发生明显的所测重金属积累,可满足食用安全要求。

Using atomic absorption spectrophotometer to determine the lead,cadmium,and chromium in crucian carp in a river,the lead content is 0.004~0.015 mg/kg,the average value is 0.010 mg/kg;the cadmium content is 0.003~0.010 mg/kg,the average value is 0.006 mg/kg;the chromium content is 0.015~0.037 mg/kg,with an average value of 0.018 mg/kg,which meets the limit requirements.The content of heavy metals in crucian carp in a certain river was low,and there was no significant accumulation of measured heavy metals,which can meet the requirements of food safety.
