摘要
食品生物技术是内蒙古民族大学食品科学与工程专业的必修课,将国际本科学术互认课程(ISEC)的明辨性思维、主观能动性激励及过程性评价应用到该课程中,分析实施中面临的困境并提出解决方案,旨在提高课程教学的整体效果,同时培养具有开放性思维和敢于突破的创新型人才。
Food biotechnology is a required course for students majoring in food science and engineering(ISEC)at Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities.The critical thinking,subjective motivation and process evaluation of International Scholarly Exchange Curriculum(ISEC)are applied to this course.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the course implementation and puts forward some solutions,aiming at improving the overall effect of the course teaching and cultivating innovative talents with open thinking and break through.
