摘要 [目的/意义]科技创新智库为我国创新型国家建设提供了重要的智力支持,构建科技创新智库信息生态系统有助于提高科技创新智库咨询服务的能力和效果。[方法/过程]基于信息生态学理论,在分析科技创新智库信息生态系统的内涵与特征的基础上,本文构建了科技创新智库信息生态系统结构模型,并探讨了系统运行机制。[结果/结论]研究表明,科技创新智库信息生态系统是由智库生产者、组织者、传播者和消费者等信息人种群与信息环境相互作用形成的知识生产系统,其运行机制主要包括协同与共享机制、竞争与共生机制、循环与平衡机制。 [Purpose/significance]Science and technology innovation think tanks provides important intellectual support for the construction of an innovation-oriented country in China,and building an information ecosystem of science and technology innovation think tank helps to improve the capacity and the effect of the consulting service of the think tank.[Method/process]Based on information ecology theory,the paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the information ecosystem,constructs the information ecosystem structure model,and discusses the operation mechanism of the system of science and technology innovation think tank.[Result/conclusion]The results show the information ecosystem of science and technology innovation think tank is a knowledge production system formed by the interaction between think tank producers,organizers,disseminators and consumers and the information environment.Its operation mechanism mainly includes cooperation and sharing mechanism,competition and symbiosis mechanism,circulation and balance mechanism.
