中国科技智库期刊创新发展路径研究

[目的/意义]科技智库期刊是连接智库建设和科学研究的重要平台,是传播智库研究成果的核心载体。本文旨在研究中国科技智库期刊的创新发展路径,提升其智库权威性和社会影响力。[方法/过程]本文首先对科技智库期刊的内涵、特点及现状进行分析,通过国内外科技智库期刊的案例对比分析,准确定位科技智库期刊在支撑中国科技战略中的位置。[结果/结论]通过对《美国科学院院刊》和《中国科学院院刊》案例对比分析,本文从期刊专家组稿的微观层面、嵌入模式的中观层面以及智库外交的宏观层面给出创新发展建议,以此促进中国科技智库期刊社会影响力和国际影响力的提升。

[Purpose/significance]Science and technology(S&T)think tank journal is an important platform connecting think tank construction and scientific research,and the core carrier of disseminating the research results of think tank.This paper is to study the innovative development of Chinese S&T think tank journals to enhance the authority and social influence of their think tanks.[Method/process]Firstly,the paper analyzes the connotation,characteristics and current situation of S&T think tank journals,and locates the position of S&T think tank journals in supporting China’s S&T strategy through the comparative analysis of domestic and foreign cases.[Result/conclusion]Through comparative analysis of Proceedings of the National Academy of the Sciences of the United States of America and Bulletin of Chinese Academy,the paper gives innovative development suggestions on the micro level of expert solicitation,the meso level of embedded model,and the macro level of think tank diplomacy,so as to promote the social and international influence of Chinese S&T think tank journals.
