陈旧性腕舟状骨骨折的治疗进展

Progress in the treatment of old wrist scaphoid fractures

腕舟状骨骨折是腕部最常见的骨折,临床工作中因漏诊或不恰当的治疗方式,导致腕舟状骨骨折不愈合率高,常常影响腕关节活动,严重时导致腕关节塌陷或功能丧失。国内外治疗陈旧性腕舟骨骨折的手术方式不尽相同,本文就近年来国内外文献报道进行综述,以期寻找国内外学者的治疗共识,为提高陈旧性腕舟骨骨折的预后提供指导意见。

Wrist scaphoid fracture is the most common fracture of the wrist. Missed diagnosis or improper treatment in clinical practice leads to a high incidence of nonunion of scaphoid fracture, which often affects the movement of the wrist. In some severe cases, the wrist joint collapses or loses function. There are many different surgical techniques for treating old scaphoid fractures at home and abroad. This article reviews domestic and foreign literature reported in recent years, in order to find the consensus of domestic and foreign scholars on the treatment, and provide a reference for improving the prognosis of old scaphoid fractures.
