102例首发抑郁症患者头颅MRI表现分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析首发抑郁症患者的头颅MRI表现,以探讨抑郁症的脑损害特点。方法:对102例首发抑郁患者和91例性别、年龄、文化程度匹配的正常人进行磁共振扫描。结果:抑郁症组102例患者中,27例未见异常,75例表现为不同部位的慢性多发小缺血灶;对照组91例入组者中,59例未见异常,32例表现不同部位的慢性多发小缺血灶。抑郁症组出现额叶、额顶叶多发慢性小缺血灶的比例明显多于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组其他部位出现缺血灶的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大脑额顶叶结构和功能异常可能是抑郁症的病理机制之一。
